After Getting serial number/license key didn't open CCES in Linux

Question

I have downloaded Cross Core Embedded Studio(2.11.0 version) in Linux(20.04). 
 I followed all step off installation guide and i tried install and activate a license on-line all in one step i also received serial number in mail and, but at last i didn't get this your license has been successfully activated message dialog box and also i didn't find license.dat file. 
 Then,I tried once again now,it shown the license has already been registered the maximum number of allowed times or sometimes it shown A valid license could not be found. I have also tried with another option, I have serial number that i would like to activate but it's also not work for me. 
 I couldn't open CCES in linux. please help me.
