In VisualDsp++ I used in some files the directives .swf_off and .swf_on in some source files to set the Shadow Write Anomaly.
Now that my project has been migrated to cces 2.9.1, I get these warnings:
How can I still use these directives?
Support for the 02000039 ADSP-21160 and 04000021 ADSP-21161 "Shadow Write FIFO Anomaly" workarounds is no longer available in CCES as none of the supported silicon revisions are affected by the anomaly. You can either delete these directives or suppress the ea1131 warning.Regards,Stuart.
I am using the ADSP 21479 and the ADSP 21489. Do they also not support this Shadow Write FIFO Anomaly?
The Shadow Write FIFO anomaly only affected early silicon revisions of the ADSP-21160 and ADSP-21161 parts. The anomaly sheets for ADSP-21479 and ADSP-21489 are at the links below:https://www.analog.com/media/en/dsp-documentation/integrated-circuit-anomalies/adsp-21477_21478_21479_anomaly.pdfhttps://www.analog.com/media/en/dsp-documentation/integrated-circuit-anomalies/adsp-21483_21486_21487_21488_21489_sharc-anomaly.pdf
