unknown numbers schematic ADAU1442 evalboard

I was pulled into several high-priority, time-critical projects at work  over the past few weeks and unfortunately I had to de-prioritize my  participation in the forum as a result. So, I apologize for making you  wait so long for an answer. I am going to try to respond to everybody's questions within the next few days.

These numbers are leftover from the original schematic document, which was a single PDF file. The numbers in brackets refer to page numbers that the signal also appears on. For example, in the picture you attached, the SDATA_OUT signals have a [3,5] next to them. This means that they appear on pages 3 and 5 in that document. In the UG-032, these page numbers don't apply anymore, but the references stayed in because the graphics were copied directly from the original.

I have attached a PDF of the latest board revision for your reference.

I noticed that on the UG-32 and also the orig schematics that L15 is not labeled, and in UG-32 it is also not included on the BOM sheet; could you let me know what it is exactly or post an updated BOM?

That is a standard ferrite bead. Here are the specs on the one we typically use, although I'm sure there are countless drop-in replacements.
