Hello,
We are attempting to use Sigma studio and ADUSB2EBZ USB adapter in order to debug our custom board but we are having a problem where we often get a "Compiled Comms Failed" issue when attempting to connect or after a being connected or a while and trying to make a change. Sometimes we are able to go a few hours without the issue and other times we are unable to connect the for an entire day. As of yet, there does not seem to be a pattern to when it does or does not work.
We have attempted power cycling the board, disabling usb3 from the USB interface, resetting the USB interface, un plugging and replugging the USB adapter, reinstalling the drivers, reinstalling Sigma Studio, rebooting the computer, amongst other things and none of which reliably get the module to connect.
Our board uses an ADAU1451 DSP chip with the SDA, SCL, and GND pins going out to a connector that we connect the ADUSB2EBZ USB adapter to.
Is there something in the connection process that we are missing to get reliable a reliable connection?
