configure Spdif receiver with ADAU1466

We used to have a direct SPDIf input block but it was removed because you really should come in through the ASRC to convert the incoming rate to the DSP core rate. There is a way to still come in directly but it is a little tricky and you should do this ONLY if SPDIF is the only input and the only output. Then the DSP start pulse would be set to the SPDIF input rate. 

I will attach both projects. 

The first one is for the ADAU1452. The register settings and blocks to use are the same. The look of the register settings pages can look a little different but you should be able to find all the correct settings. 

The other project is if you only have SPDIF so you want to synchronize the core to the SPDIF and not go through the ASRC..
