Is it possible to store runtime parameters on self-boot EEPROM?

I've asked several questions, none of which have had any replies, so maybe I'm asking for the wrong thing.

I'm using an ADAU1467 with an SPI EEPROM for self-boot, and I want various runtime parameters, e.g. volume settings, to survive a restart/ power cycle.

Is this possible, or do I have to use a microcontroller / more than one EEPROM, etc in order to achieve this?

Many thanks for any help.

Kind regards
