Sigma Studio Compiler Error [WONDOM ICP3]

Dear ADI Community,

I have installed Sigma Studio on my Laptop the first time and I wanted to program a DSP board but I get a compiler error:

There is also no "compiler_output.txt" file ..

I don't know what to do and how to fix this. I use the WONDOM ICP3 Programmer.

On my first plug-in the USB was green and I did my settings with the eeprom, and input, output, crossover stuff on schematic side. When I tried to "Link Compile Connect" I got this error.

Since then it show always the red USB, I can't get it recognized by Sigma Studio.

Any suggestions? Any fixes?

Thanks in advance

FF

         Hello,

I'm no expert on SigmaStudio compiler issues, yet your error log provides a clue:

It appears that the SigmaStudio compiler has no access to write files to this directory.   To fix this, try closing SigmaStudio, then right-click its icon and choose from the context menu, "Run as administrator."  If that doesn't work, uninstall and re-install SigmaStudio, making sure that you're logged in as the administrator when you install it.

Since the compiler never got to write any files, I doubt that your board is causing the issue.

         Best regards,

         Bob
