Pre-boot time for ADSP-2156x and ADSP-SC59x/ADSP-2159x

Pre-boot time measures the configuration of all system resources prior to executing the required boot operation.

Default pre-boot time for different processors without OTP programming is given below.

Processors
Pre-boot Time(ms)
ADSP-21569
2.1
ADSP-21593
2.049
ADSP-SC594
2.415
ADSP-SC598
2.294

The pre-boot execution time varies based on the features enabled through OTP programming (CGU configuration and DMC initialization) and processors.

For more details about pre-boot operation, please refer the respective Hardware reference manual (HRM).

Please refer the below application notes for more information about the "Boot Time Estimation".
