I have tried to reach you throught private support channel but it seems there is a problem with e-mails sending.

I received your suggestion but the problem is still there (awful and distorded sound). I tried with two ADSP-21489 EZ-Kits via Debug Agent… I also tried via JTAG connector : ADZS-HPUSB-ICE.

I think it is possible that some positions are required for the switches on the board.

Then is there some special options required to make it work ?

Please find the attached project file which can be directly run on the ADSP-21489 EZ-Kit. The attached code basically is an FIR Accelerator implementation on a Talkthrough example code.

I have tried the code using 21489 ez kit but the audio output is distorted or sounds weird. Can you give explanation to this? or give me some clues where to start debugging on which part of the code may have problems?

Great!

Just to give you some clue, I've been looking into it with an oscilloscope and it seems like there are periodic gaps in the output where the signal is null. Signal ang gap intervals are interleaved and the length of both intervals is very close to the length of the audio block that is processed, so my guess is that only one of the two ping-pong buffers is being filtered, while the other one produces a null output.
