ADSP-21469 not booting after being programmed

I programmed my ADSP-21469 EzKit successfully using the CLDP and an ICE-1000. I set the loader file up to program the parallel flash memory. The command line reported that the programming was done. I set the boot switch (sw4) to position 2 for booting from the parallel flash memory. Then I reset my board.

Unfortunately it seems that either the program didn't take, or the board isn't booting. I'm not sure what the problem is but the program runs fine when I run it though CCES and the emulator, but I just can't seem to get it to run on it's own. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated.

  • Hello,

Attached zip file contains a loader file for the ADSP-21469 LED_Blink code and associated file for programming this into the parallel flash. Can you invoke the CLDP command via command prompt and load the program to see if the Ez-Kit is booting from parallel flash. I use debug agent to load the program and it booted successful in my ez-kit.
