>> Please find the Board support package(BSP) from the link given below. In EV-SC59x EZ-KIT 3.0.0, EV-SOMCRR-EZ-LITE Rev B support has been newly added along with existing EV-SOMCRR-EZ-KIT Rev A.

Yes, there is no specific BSP for EZLITE. You can use EV-SC59x EZ-KIT 3.0.0 BSP for EZLITE also.
