How to printf via UART on ADSP21489 using CCES

I know that the function "printf" would print the message to Console window in CCES while I debug the ADSP21489 program via ICE-1000. But how can I print the message via UART on ADSP21489. That I can connect UART connected to PC, and check the message in PC.

Hi latera,

We would suggest you to download and install the ADSP-21489 Board support package in the below mentioned link.
download.analog.com/.../ADI_ADSP-21489_EZKIT-Rel1.0.0.exe

Once you installed the BSP package, the UART Test example code can be available in the below installation path
[Installation Directory]\ADSP-21489_EZKIT-Rel1.0.0\21489_EZ-Board\Examples\Power_On_Self_Test\src
