I run into exactly the same problem as described in

While I can successfully write encryption, debugger and public key, I cannot securely lock the device, neither with 'adi_rom_lock()', nor with writing a 1 directly to OTA address 0x48c.
The return value always indicated a successful write operation.
I also tried with cldp -proc ADSP-SC573 -core 1 -emu 2000 -driver "OTPProgrammer_Core1.dxe" -device otp -cmd lock, with the same negative result.
Any ideas?
