1. Is it possible to execute the Sharc-FX/ARM33 program code in HyperRAM?
>> Yes, it is possible.

2. Is it possible to boot the program code from HyperFlash and execute it in HyperRAM?
>> It is not possible to achieve this because the SC835 has only one xSPI controller. While both HyperRAM and HyperFlash can be connected at the same time, they cannot be operated simultaneously.
