My customer are drawing ADSP-21587 schematic and layout.
There is one question in 529-BGA ball assignment.
Datasheet only describe full function ball assignment like ADSP-SC589.
ADSP-21587 has same package, 529-BGA, but less functions.
No PCIE, SDIO, EMAC...etc, so do we let these pins as "floating" in ADSP-21587 schematic?
Or do you have ADSP-21587 529-BGA ball assignment for reference?
