    I am trying to find the source code for the POST on the SC-594 as I want to see how certain hardware is setup.  In the ADI_ADSP-SC5xx_EZ-KIT_Lite-Rel2.0.2.exe install, I only see sc573, sc584, and sc589.

      Please install the board support package from the below link , where you will find the ADSP-SC59x/2159x POST example code. 
      download.analog.com/.../ADI_EV-SC59x_EZ-KIT-Rel3.2.0.exe
       
      The POST code will be available in the below path: 
      [Installed Path]: Analog Devices\EV-SC59x_EZ-KIT-Rel3.2.0\EV-SC59x_EZ-KIT\Examples\Power_On_Self_Test
