DDR3 CLK/DQS termination for ADSP-SC589

Yes, the the DMC_CK signal requires a pull-up resistor and the DMC_CK# signal requires a pull-down resistor that is placed close to the memory as discussed in the application note.

Yes, the DMC_UDQS/DMC_LDQS signal requires a pull-up resistor and the DMC_UDQS#/DMC_LDQS# signal requires a pull-down resistor closest to the memory as mentioned in the application note. Please let us know if you need further assistance on this.

EE387 mentions "recommended values of resistor “x” and resistor “y” are 680Ω and 1200Ω, respectively, for
ADSP-SC58x processors and 300Ω and 390Ω, respectively, for ADSP-SC57x processors."

Can you please confirm that for the ADSP21567 + DDR3 mode the DMC_CK/DMC_UDQS/DMC_LDQS pull-up and DMC_CK#/DMC_UDQS#/DMC_LDQS# pull-down resistors are also required?
If so, can you please recommended 'x' and 'y' resistor values for the ADSP21567?
