how to disable JTAG accessing by software method

Hello Support Team Guys, 
 one of our customers would like to disable or restrict the JTAG interface of the ADSP-21565 through software after production. Would you please provide the methods and how to make it?

Hi Xiangzhi wu, Yes, it is possible to restrict the JTAG on the ADSP-21565 by programming and locking the OTP. Please ensure that the generated key and the application are validated using "SecureBoot_OpenPart" example before writing to the OTP memory. Please note that once the part is locked, it can only be accessed using JTAG by providing the emulation key.
