Hi Ranji，

I  faced the ADSP21565 damaged,  the power of the 1V8 and 3V3 shorted to GND in DSP internal, Also I contacted the field FAE comfirm it.

I am looking for the root cause. The schematic design is also one aspect, and this schematic is also used in our other projects,
