Understanding PDMA Modes

     Thanks for quick response, May be my question was not clear. I actually want to understand the theory behind DMA like below mentioned points.

    1. The basics of DMA control
    2. Configuring a DMA controller
    3. Register-based DMA
    4. An Autobuffer example
    5. Descriptor Models etc.

Is there any video tutorials or Engineering/Application note to understand these topics.

Please let me know if any of them are available

Hi Srinivas,

You can refer the same HRM to get start with DMA controller. Please refer "Direct Memory Access" Chapter in pg.1296 here you can get all information about DMA configuration, DMA channel list ,DMA Operating modes and their programming models.

I would also, suggest you to download the below BSP of ADSP-21569, where you can get example codes.
