Product Number: ADSP-21469


I want to program this Ic:ADSP -21469 KBCZ-4 but i don’t know how to program this IC. Please guide me how to program this IC and which programmer and software do i need to program this IC?

    Also are you asking to Developing the application, debug, and program(load) the .ldr file or only for programming.


  • While repairing a motherboard, I accidentally damaged this IC, causing a bulge at the center during reballing. Now, I need to create an exact copy of this IC. Can you guide me on which programmer to use for copying this IC?

    2. When processor comes out of reset, based on Boot mode it loads the program. Let us know which boot mode are you using ? Please refer “Table 8. Boot Mode Selection” in the below linked datasheet:
    3. Are you have .ldr file to program? if so, which tool are you used before to generate loader file.

    You can use ICE-1000/2000 and VDSP/CCES tool to program. Please refer the below link:

    Follow the below steps If you are using VDSP:

    I have Atmel-ICE,  can I use this one, or do I need to use ICE-1000/2000?

    You have to use ICE-1000/2000 emulator to connect with ADSP-21469 processor.

    ICE-1000 is low-cost emulator which has two connectors used for connecting to a target. J1 is a 0.1" 14-pin connector used for interfacing with legacy targets(ADSP-21469). 10-pin connector used on newer processors.
