In ADSP 21569 SHARC processor code loading issue using emulator ICE 1000

Can you please provide more information on below points to assist better on this.
1) Are you using Ez-kit or custom board? If you are using custom board, can you please confirm that it complies with the application note(EE-68) which talks about "Analog Devices JTAG Emulation Technical Reference". The link is given below.

2) Have you ever been able to connect to your target board, or is this the first time you're trying to connect?
3) Does the ICE Test utility run successfully, or does it fail at any point? If the Test fails, please provide us with a screenshot showing the ICE Test results.
4) Do you have access to another PC? If you do, please let us know if the ICE-1000 detected.
5) Do you have another target board you can use to connect to your emulator? Does the emulator still behave the same way? Do you still encounter the same error messages?
6) How many boards you are having and how many boards having the same issue?
7) Can you please share the screenshot of the error message you are getting.
