Is it possible to have the EV-SC594-SOM schematic in PADS format? Just to speed up the design of my own PCB.

Yes, the EV-SC594-SOM schematic and layout file is in PADS format.

We would suggest you to refer the EV-SC594-som-design-database from the below link.
