    Hi all,
    

    I recently had a problem using the ADSP-21593 on the EV-21593-SOM REV A, it seems that above 52 degrees measured on the surface of the chip, a reset is automatically triggered on board.
    Does anyone have any advise to help in this situation ? How to monitor this temperature in the DSP ? Is it possible to increase the limit ? Is there a good solution to cool this DSP ?
