Hello,
in the datasheet of the ADSP-21569 in the BC-400-3 package is only a recommendation for Solder Mask Defined pads.
Can you also give a recommendation for a Non-Solder Mask Defined Pad please?
A Pad diameter of 0.5mm sounds a little bit too big for me as that would require a trace width of 100um or smaller to route traces between two pads on the same layer.
