When the main power supply VCCI is less that VCCTP, this part operates from VBAT.
When powered by VBAT, memory is maintained, RTC remains operational and Tamper Detection remains operational.
All other features are disabled. This includes I2C communication. The I2C pins are powered by VCCI and are not connected to VBAT.
