The letter that follows the name in the semiconductor parts refer to the package type.
For the DS2475R the R means the product is an SOT package, a P is a TSOC package a Q is a TDFN and so on.
This is the same for all our DS parts you can also see the package type in the datasheet and it is stated beside the part in the ordering tab on the product page.
