Flash ADC Compensation

Hi All,

We are using ADSP21992 on chip flash ADC. The ADC clock is around 6MHz.

I have following questions regarding it.

1) Do we need to compensate the ADC output data for temperature, aging, non linearity, gain error etc.

The data given in datasheet is measured for 100KHz.

2) Is there any application note OR any doc that can help with these compensation techniques.

We know that ADSP21992 is on the verge of obsolecense but we have to use it for now.

Thanks for your time.

    Hi Porter,

Could you please elaborate more about your concern?

What kind of compensation techniques are you talking about here for on-chip flash ADC in ADSP-21992 processor.

Kindly provide us some more information so that we can provide you necessary information.

    Thanks,

    Harshit
