According to special, at CCLK = 600 MHz internal supply voltage is 1.2v. After meaturing, the voltage beside power is 1.2v, while it is 1.0v beside TS201. Why does it drop from 1.2v to 1.0v? Is it right?
Though it look like abnormal, it can step into emulator. I can't explain it and very depressed.
I assume that you are using a custom board. Do you use an on board regulator or an external one? In case of external one, your external connections may add this drop. How did you measure the voltage? And also do you run any code while measuring the voltage?
I use ATH030A0X3-SR to generate 1.2v, which attach to board. The voltage of TS201 connect to ATH030A0X3-SR with power plate, which has tiny resistance. I use a common unimeter to measure voltage, and don't run any
Sorry for the delay. Does the processor comes out of reset when you measure the voltage? Have you also tried measuring the current consuption?
The processor comes out of reset surely. I doubt it is modified by ADSP-TS201SABPZ050, not a ADSP-TS201SABPZ060. The core voltage of ADSP-TS201SABPZ050 is 1.0v.
The VDD_INT is the input value for the processor. I feel that this cannot be changed by the processor in anyway. Can you test by providing an external power supply?
