Dear support team,
In my application I'm using DS28C22 connected on I2C bus. The chip power supply is provided from a GPIO of the uC and is activated 2 ms before the start of I2C request and is pull down 2 ms after I2C request.
The only information that I find on the data sheet is the :
I have not find a "Wake Up Time" from power on; have you some information on it ?
The minimum Vcc is 2,97V
but our application is battery powered and in some condition the Power supply is lower; have you a FW firmware compatible device but with a lower power supply ?
