Hello,
The rated operating temperature of the DS28E05R+T is listed as -40 to 85C. I need to use this part on a design that will operate down to -50C. The EEPROM will already be programmed at room temperature, but the contents may need to be read at -50C. Will this part read reliably at -50C? Is there any data showing that the part can handle that low extreme temperature on reads? If the part will work that low, is there any warning or caveat of which we should be aware?
