Max31850 temperature measurement alarm open circuit

Category: Hardware
Product Number: MAX31850

Hello, our company is using MAX31850 for temperature measurement and is currently encountering some issues. Please advise!

(1) When a normal external thermocouple is connected, the value output by max31850 may be the normal temperature value this time, and an open circuit warning will be displayed the next time; Or output normal temperature values for 2 to 3 consecutive times, with an open circuit warning appearing one or more times below; The thermocouple sensor is connected to the circuit board through a dedicated socket on the PCB. Contact should be good.

(2) Short circuit the T+and T - pins of MAX31850 and connect them to the system ground wire. At this time, MAX31850 will output a warning of one or two short circuits to ground, and the next time it will still output an open circuit warning.

The above is the issue that occurred during the debugging of MAX31850; I have checked the hardware: the+3.3V power supply is normal, and the ripple is less than 20mV; The pulling resistance on the DQ line is 4.7K; I don't know what caused it now; Please guide me! Thank you!
