How to calculate SUB Harmonic synth(low freq) table?

Product Number: ADAU1452/ADAU1466

Software Version: Sigma studio4.7

Now I need use SUB Harmonic synth(low freq) on ADAU1452, The frequency is adjustable by MCU. What confused me is how to get the 20bytes table by input desired frequency?
