ADSP-21479KBCZ-2A White Horse Testing shows there are dent and contamination issues, will this cause quality problems in production?

For ADSP-21479KBCZ-2A，
We get the parts tested, the result is okay but found that the samples have minor scratches through the BGA plane, including dent and contamination on the substrate(Screenshot as below). Is that a normal phenomenon that will occur during the production process of the original factory?
Will this kind of thing cause unacceptable voids or affect its use?

We randomly selected 13 pcs from a batch of goods for testing, and found that 1 pcs dent and the other pc had one contamination.
We haven't used them yet, but very worry about it.
Will this dent and contamination influence production and use?
