wondom JAB3+ attached to 1x200 using output from JAB3+ after a while And then press to play music, there is a very loud thud before the song plays. What is the cause? Is there a way to fix it?

Hello Jaaoo, 
 Sorry we missed your question. I think I see the DC block on the input of your schematic so the DC will not be coming from the DSP. It is too difficult to read the rest of your schematic due to resolution of the screenshot. It would be more helpful if you could attach your project. 
 Do you have a link to the JAB3 schematic and this 1x200? I am guessing there is some DC offset going to the amp so when the amp unmutes you get a thump. It also could be how you wired up the speakers? Do you still have this problem? 
 We did not design any of this hardware so itis difficult for us to troubleshoot this. The manufacturer of the hardware is the best people to help you with this. I can help to eliminate the DSP program as the cause. From what I can see the DSP program will not be the cause.
