Simultaneous mp3 decoding, processing and TDM transmitting

Hello dear engineers.

I'm looking for optimal solution for expandable audio system project.

Could some one please direct me to coresponding type of proceesors (SHARC or BLACKFIN) wich can handle reading from SDcard or other type of storage, decoding, mixing (if necessary) and TDM transmitting simultaneously several mp3 files (16 for example).

Or maybe this project is unrealizable?
