Part number ADSP-21065LKCA-240 and ADSP-21065LKCA-264

Question

Dear Sir, 
 According to datasheet of ADSP-21065L, The part number ADSP-21065LKCA-240 and ADSP-21065LKCA-264, what’s different of those two? I can’t find any info. in the ordering guide, thanks!

Hi Ray, 
 The major difference between ADSP-21065 processor ending with - 240 and - 264 is its maximum operating frequency. The - 240 part can only operate up to 60MHz whereas - 264 part can operate up to 66MHz. As mentioned in the datasheet the for - 240 part the CLKIN can be provide from 10MHz to 30MHz and for - 264 it can be 10MHz to 33MHz.
