    Issue Description:
    

         We used ADSP-BF706BCPZ4 processor configured USB full speed mode and impedance 90ohm on PCB.
    

    Added 27-ohm series resistor for USB D+ and D- line with ESD 27pF capacitance on the USB data lines.
    

    The issue happens some randomly after the 100 to 300 times USB suspend and resume operation cycle. The USB stuck in suspend state. That means USB Data D+ line show high and Data D- show Low. the USB resume cycle is not operating and after some time the USB connection got lost and re-enumeration trying the host. But Host unable to connect with ADSP processor as device. After power reset only, it will be recovered to operate.
    

    Could you please help to fix this.

      Our sincere apologies for the delay in getting back to you.
      

      Looks like the series resistor (27 ohm) and High pin capacitance (27pF) of the ESD Diode may affect the switching and distort the USB data signals. Can you please try replacing the series resistor with 0-ohm resistors and removing the ESD diode on USB data lines and verify if this solves the issue.
