Hi all,
As you know, BF592 has limited on chip SRAM and can't support external SDRAM.
To run some big applications need more SRAM, can we connect a SPI RAM like DS1200 (from Maxim) OR FM25V05 (from Ramtron) to BF592?
Thanks for your confirmation.

the BF592 part has a SPI port like every other Blackfin part. so you can hook up any SPI compatible part just like previous variants. there is no additional support to make SPI traffic look like raw memory, so if you wanted to use a SPI device as "swap" space, you'd have to manage it yourself.
