BF512 ABE0/1, SCKE status?

Hello,

     Does anyone know the status of ABE0/1 and SCKE status during startup, I mean, after VDDext is set up and before VDDint is set up? And how long will be spent for startup?

    Hi,

    Since the VDDEXT is supplied and VDDINT is off,  so I guess these signals will be three-stated.

    For the start up it depends on how fast the external regulator brings up the VDDINT and the RESET assertion which as per the datasheet should be minimum of  "3500 × tCKIN" cycles.
