 Note please, what external flash memory for ADSP-BF512 will be preferred?

Hi Kirill. 
 The evaluation kits are always the go-to reference for design questions like this one. Appendix B of the User Manual for the ADSP-BF51x evaluation platform shows an external parallel and serial flash to be interfaced with the ADSP-BF512 device:
