The maximum clock frequency supported by BF607 processor is 250 MHz if interfacing to DDR2 SDRAM, and 200 MHz if interfacing to LPDDR SDRAM. You might use the DDR2-800 with this processor by lowering the frequency but not more that 250 MHz.
