Is the processror part number - ADSP-BF607 - support DDR2 With 2.5ns @ CL = 5 (DDR2-800)

The maximum clock frequency supported by BF607 processor is 250 MHz if interfacing to DDR2 SDRAM, and 200 MHz if interfacing to LPDDR SDRAM. You might use the DDR2-800 with this processor for the frequency not more than 250 MHz.
