Hi Anand,

unfortunately i don't' see a p/n which correspond to an exact silicon revision. There is an information just for automotive parts where xx denotes silicon revision (page 66 of the DS). What about standard (non-automotive) parts?

Is there an outcome to this discussion?  I am also interested in knowing how to order a specific silicon revision.   Can it be assumed that all new orders will be filled with the latest revision (0.3)?

Hi Brian,

You can safely assume that new orders will be filled with the latest silicon revision (0.3), since this is the only silicon revision we´ve produced for more than 8 years.

If you want to be 100% confident that this is the case, you could ask your distributor. The die revision is marked on each part and on each box of parts for easy confirmation.
