Program Minimum Dead Time in SC589

As I want to program dead time less than 1ns delay between PWM signals Low and High Output.

In HRM manual, describes that the dead time register holds the integer value to find the dead time delay in the given equation.

DT = PWM_CHx_DT * 2 * tSCLK.

In my project, the system clock frequency is 112.5MHz. The read/write for dead time register value ranges from 0 to 1023(3FF). If  I supposed to substitute dead timer register value with minimum of 1, will get 16ns in the final output.

How can we program the dead time delay below 1ns ?
