I'm not sure I understand your question, but I'll try to provide some additional information. Table 21 of the BF70x data sheet provides the maximum static power specification for a BF70x part under various test conditions. Customers should never receive a part that exceeds this spec.
Page 18 of the ADSP-BF70x Guide to Power Estimation provides the typical static power that a customer might measure looking at a couple parts on the bench. It is not a specification at all, it's just information we provide to help compare with other products and estimate AVERAGE battery life. It should never be used to size power supplies.

With regards to Table on page 18 (Guide lines ) is it Typical data and have to refer Table 21 on BF70x Data sheet .
