This FAQ is used to test the watchdog timer in two methods.
1) Configuring Watchdog as SEC fault:
The WDT is configured as SEC fault and WD counter is loaded with a delay value for certain time period, up to WD counter expiry a LED will be toggled. Once the system reset happens the BF60x processor went to idle state.
2) Configuring Watchdog as GP expiry interrupt/event:
In this method WD counter is loaded with a delay value for certain time period, up to WD counter expiry a LED will be toggled. Once the WD counter is expired, interrupt for watchdog expiry is occurs and system reset is manually triggered using RCU control register. The BF60x processor went to idle state after the system reset.
