Is it possible to flash a code into a flash IC without earsing the previously flashed code in it?

We would suggest you to refer the application note(EE-364- Implementing Second-Stage Loaders for ADSP-BF60x Blackfin® Processors). There is an associated example code for your reference.

Please refer the example code to perform SSL. In this example primary application loaded in offset 0 and secondary application loaded in some other offset. On Power on Reset primary application started to boot and using Rom API secondary application will boot.
