Hi Peter,

I'm afraid we don't have a more comprehensive manual. The Doxygen-generated documentation is the most detailed documentation we have. The Docs directory also contains a PDF of a generic SSL/DD Users Guide, which gives the background on using SSL/DD in general - but I'm sure you've found that already.
