Follow-ups

i dont see much point in fixing trivial things in the spi mmc driver seeing as

it's going to get largely rewritten with [#5012]

but keep this open until that is finished so we can double check the new code

doesnt have the same problem

--- Sonic Zhang                                              2010-04-14 05:02:42

This bug in spi mmc driver should be fixed since mmc framework doesn't support

spi.

Bug still exists in latest u-boot for 537-stamp.

No such problem on bf518f-ezbrd.

well, the code hasnt changed at all yet, so i dont see why it would be different

--- Cliff Cai                                                2010-06-22 06:04:25

i'm afraid this problem will exist with the old mmc driver framework. In the old

one,it only uses struct "mmc_block_dev_desc" to descript mmc

partitions, and has no card index concept.

there is a rewritten spi/mmc driver using the generic framework that i'll merge

with the next version of u-boot

great news.

--- Mike Frysinger                                           2011-05-11 13:35:27

pretty sure this is fixed with the new framework
